CanLII (Canadian Legal Information Institute) - Provides access to court judgments, tribunal decisions, and statutes and regulations from all Canadian jurisdictions. Department of Justice Canada - Canadian laws, their programs and services, and much more. Dial-A-Law - Provided by the Canadian Bar Association, this is a library of scripts prepared by lawyers on a variety of popular legal topics.

Manitoba Criminal Justice Association works to increase public awareness and understanding of issues in the criminal justice system.
Manitoba Human Rights Commission: Education - Includes a listing of upcoming training sessions as well as free online training resources. Manitoba Justice - serves Manitobans by helping to provide a safe, just and peaceful society. The justice system supports equality, fairness, individual responsibility and respect. Effective programs and services make safer communities. Manitoba Laws - Free public access to the Statutes & Regulations of Manitoba. Manitoba Legislative Library - Open to the public. Manitoba - Family Law - A list of recommended Family Law resources.

Advocacy

Community Legal Education Association – a charitable organization that provides Manitobans with information about the law through several services. Elizabeth Fry Society of Manitoba  - provides services to women involved in the criminal justice system. John Howard Society - an organization working with incarcerated men, their families, victims of crime, and the community to address the root causes of crime. Manitoba Advocate for Children and Youth advocates and reviews public services in Manitoba to ensure they are meeting the needs of children, youth, and young adults. Manitoba Government - Victim Services - provides support to the victims of crime. The Victim Services Directory consists of a listing of agencies providing supports and services to victims of crime. The Manitoba Ombudsman's Office is for members of the public who are not satisfied with the response to their FIPPA requests, actions of government, or the privacy of their personal information.

Legal Aid

Law Phone-in and Lawyer Referral Program - Provides general legal information and advice over the phone in response to callers’ inquiries.
Legal Help Centre - Provides legal information and referrals for those with limited incomes.
